Quote from the linked story "They suggest that the display was caused by a Russian submarine-launched missile that went into a midair spin, causing a spiral-shaped rocket plume. " That's one expensive ass firework the Russians have there :)

The new guy I hired a couple of months ago has turned out to be a crazy person.

We never landed on the moon, everything is a conspiracy etc, etc.

He was nearly coming apart at the seams over this yesterday.

I'm waiting for the perfectly plausible, easily believable explanation.

Shouldn't Jesse Ventura be "investigating" this for basic cable?

Yowza. I've heard of BlueBeam before but never really read anything about. Schizophrenia can be entertaining over the internet.

Strangely enough, we get a lot of the conspiracy "theorists" in my atheism forums. They think they are the skeptical ones, and that people who are skeptical of religion will also be skeptical of "..the Status Quo.." (yes, complete with capitalization). Ironically, most of us consider this kind of stuff as just a modern replacement for older mythologies-to us, they're just doing the same kind of thing the ancients did when they invented the older religions in the first place. "Woo-woo New Age Crap" is what we call it...

Wait, so is Blue Beam gonna be how Scientology come to true power and that Tom Cruise is the anti-christ?
