Can anyone tell me how to get my copy of LeMans from a disc onto my puter and then on my iphone? I have a trip coming next week with a lay over and thought it might be good to watch.

Download HandBrake and use the presents for iphone conversion. Let the computer chew on it overnight. Import resulting file into itunes, then sync over to iphone.

Eh, I took another look at it and the movie is 7+ gigs and the phone is only 8 gigs. Doesn't leave me enough room for ape and pics and other crap. I'll have to find somethingelse to do.

Thats file size on the disc. I didnt think it would get smaller with conversion. Gotta look into that.

I'm pretty sure my rips to a higher-res file are well under a gig. I would think ripping using the iPhone/iPod touch preset should get you down around 500MB or so?

It should get considerably smaller.
