I didn't think they'd give it to me, but a shop let me have an '87 Jaguar V-12 engine. It's junk to me, so I'm thinking of making it into a coffee or bar table. I'm leaning toward bar table, which will go into my basement bar area. I'll set the block up on end, with a post runnung thru the crank journals, legs on the bottom, a circular foot rail, and some sort of top.

I'm still in the tear-down stage, so I have a couple of days to think more about this stupid project. We'll see how it turms out...
