Pretty awesome, eh? My new house (as of last year) has my first garage in 10 years. Even poorly wired and uninsulated, I love it.

When we were house shopping, I told the real estate agent I wanted to buy a garage, with a house attached. Now my wife just calls it "The Man Cave".

I'm moving into my moms house, me and two friends are renting it.
Its close enough to having my own garage, and over the next few days im going to enjoying kicking her out of my garage.
Its going to be amazing enough for me.

The G/F garage is a little bigger and a LOT cleaner than mine so now I do most of my wrenching over there.
