That guy has balls of steel to do something like that, esp. since the police will now have him singled out. I can imagine if he so much as jaywalks in Bluff City he'll be at the receiving end of a Taser and some nightsticks.

Local municipalities don't get federal web addys, so they probably should have had a .state.IL.us address. Maybe they had a friendly redirect from a more easy to remember address that was stolen
