Yeah...I had to hear this from my ex (and still do) for the past 10 years.
Let me say this...there's a lot to be gained from being an emotionally healthy and fulfilled individual.
My kids will now be able to have a healthy relation ship with ME...the real me. The one that works on cars and takes them to car shows and lets them drive/ride in fields and such.
Be true to yourself and the kids will appreciate it (I hope).
Having children changes you in ways that you aren't capable of understanding until it happens. That said...you're still you.
