I picked up The Dark Knight and several seasons of Battlestar Galactica (new version) for 60 percent off when the Circuit City near us was going out of business.

I saw that they have seasons of Futurama for $15 at Walmart, if I didn't already own 'em all I'd jump on that, helluva deal.

I've been picking up numerous HD-DVDs from various online retailers selling a lot of them for less than 5 bucks, including Grand Prix.

    Lost Season 3 on Blu-Ray

Good to see im not alone picking up dirt cheap HD-DVDs, it may be a dead format but they still look good.

    I'm afraid im a compulsive DVD/videogame buyer.

the scifi series Firefly.. bought it 6 months ago and I still have not watched it

    Make time.

I introduced my ex-girlfriend and wife to the show. Neither are sci-fi watchers at all, but loved it. Its like the Top Gear of Sci-fi, even if you don't like the genre you can still love it.

The only part that makes me mad is that the show was cut off before its first season was over.

My last DVD was Hostel II for the wife for Mother's day.

Last one I bought myself? Walking with Dinosaurs series. Used, at a flea market. About 5 years ago.

I wanted to pick up a full Batman of the Future set a couple of years ago but it was expensive and I didn't have the money back then.

Fun fact: I've never bought a music tape/CD/anything in my life. There are a few I'd buy but I can't find any of the stuff I'm into locally. A lot of it just isn't available on CD actually.

Last one I plunked down money for was the Matrix. Bought it off of Half.com for the low low price of 3.50 (shipping included). Decided to see what all the hub bub was about after hearing so much about it..

Galt---> Let me know RocknRolla is. I didn't get around to seeing it on my end either and i'm a pretty big Guy Ritchie fan.

+1. Thing of the Matrix as a stand alone movie. The ending of the third one just ticked me off.

Last DVD I bought was the newest Mummy movie. It was 70% off at a going out of business sale.
