I've gone from Mr. "Cell phone? I don't need no damned cell phone!" to Mr. "Damnit, why am I always so resistant to new technology? - The iphone is kewl."
Anyway, aside from weather/silly photo stuff, I haven't gotten any super useful apps. Which ones make your life easier every day, or are just downright weird and entertaining?
Logworks and Dynolicious
Angry Birds
GorillaCam is kinda kewl
eBay, PayPal, USPS and Craigsearch and you won't hardly need your laptop to buy or sell crap.
Race Monitor for viewing laptimes at an event
Bolt & Nut for determining the proper sizes, etc.
Evernote for keeping track of your notes/lists (its cross-platform sharing capability is damned handy)
G-Meter, Trapster, Units, MapMyRide, Log Box, Photobucket, NASA, Speed Test
Skype, Find iPhone, Sound Level, Wikihow/eHow, etc...
Google Maps for traffic & directions; TextNow for free text messages; Kindle for books; Netflix and Pandora for streaming media; Tumblr, Instagram and Facebook for social media; eBay, CraigsPro, Amazon and Groupon for shopping; PayPal & online banking apps; lots of games including Risk, Settlers of Catan (& Seafarers), and a number of free kids games to keep my kid quiet in the car.
iFart. The "sneak attack" can be... entertaining.
Already pleasantly overwhelmed. Thanks dudes. Technology is cool.
I Am T-Pain, the AutoTune app

WRC, you can get live streaming info from wrc events
I also like MLB's app, yet it really doesn't like my phone.
