We had to cancel the gym to save money and I have too much pain in my neck/arm/wrist when to do flat hand pushups on the floor... So I made some of these guys. Now I can do pushups with much less pain and some dips as well. Easy and cheap, less than $20 in parts if you already have the pvc glue.
L-sits are tough. But I'm going to give it all a try. Big Hint, make sure you assemble them on a flat floor. One has a slight wobble in it, but that doesn't matter on the carpet.
