Lyle Alzado=Died from rare brain cancer usually found in HIV patients and his docs said AAS use didn't contribute.
Macho Man=Death from heart attack. The elevated "bad" cholesterol, elevated blood pressure, elevated muscle mass, caused by AAS use is pretty easy to say increased his chances of a heart attack. I doubt the lifetime supply of Slim-Jims helped either.
