Did they need oxygen at any time during the performance? Were they still able to bust a move, what with the walkers and canes and all?

Also, a funny anecdote about P-Funk and my hometown, although it has yet to be confirmed. A while ago, a good friend of mine was reading an interview with George Clinton and they asked him about his craziest shows. He said that in the late '70s at the Evansville Coliseum, a full on orgy broke out in the crowd during their set.

I thought the same thing when the Temptations came to our Harborfest a few years ago. Absolutely awesome showmen.

Saw them at Harvest Fest in Gainesville. Also got to see Herbie Hancock (w/headhunters,) and Maceo Parker that year.
They were truly berkeleying awesome. The crowd was horrible; frat boys and E36 M3, but it was fun watching them burn themselves trying to catch the remaining half of a paper towel roll sized joint with a coal as big as a lemon.
