Okay Jane here - Chuck's wife - According to Chuck we cannot "simply" load a jpeg from our desk top (too simple/easy?) so step by step instructions that are dummy proof please. Thank you

The image has to be hosed online somewhere like photobucket. Once it is online, the image can be linked here using the little icon that looks like a camera next to the smileys.
