I cannot explain why I've recently developed an attraction to the W108
In reply to Karacticus :
Because its cool, that's why.
My confession; I just realized my helmet isn't nearly orange enough.
There is a running, driving 94 Ranger 2wd on my local CL for $800. There also is a non-running 95 Mustang GT in my driveway. Hmmm...
Transdapt makes a 302 conversion kit for like $150.
I should not be trolling CL.
I may or may not have kissed my new 20V DeWalt 1/2" drive high torque impact wrench in the garage today.
1200 ft-lbs of hot, sexy, cordless breakaway torques...
So recent talk I've seen tossed around about GM Ecotecs and the Cobalt SS thread has me thinking about the idea of a 4 door NA 2.4 Cobalt track car. I don't understand me sometimes.
"Stop thinking about dumb E36 M3 and go back to trying to figure out how to get your 3 piles of E36 M3 you already can't afford driving, you idiot" - Me, talking to myself.
Also, I fixed my last confession. The not orange helmet was backordered so I canceled and my orange helmet is in the mail now.

No shame! I finally got one of those before the challenge this year, and it is wonderful!
A lot of my recent search history has focused on Lotus Europa and Volkswagen 1.8t. My sidebar ads on Facebook and Outlook have featured divorce lawyers rather heavily.
I'm going to eat the last Nutty Buddy and get rid of the empty box in hopes that Lil Stampie won't notice at all instead of noticing that I ate 3.
I think I've talked myself into thinking that putting money, time and effort into my '99 Malibu in hopes of making it a better thing might be worth it. Lets hope it comes out of KOTH barely running so I lose interest again.
I was going to start a what car thread this morning, but realized you'd all just tell me to get a wagon. I don't like wagons.
My duster moved into the work bay makes me want to skip holiday stuff to work on it.
I also may or may not have decided to ignore other maintenance and fleet priorities to get this thing nack on the road.

What is wrong with you?
My wifes family does a white elephant gift exchange for christmas. Every year i buy something i want for myself.
I really, really don’t like those car caricatures with the huge melty elliptical wheels. I don’t think they’re cute. I think they’re stupid.
I can understand the appeal of most tourist attractions, but for the life of me I can’t figure out why someone would stand in the freezing cold for 12+ hours to watch a light up ball get lowered on a building.
I got Lil Stampie a force feedback steering wheel and pedals for his Xbox today. I may have laughed a little too much as he proceeded to cars and coffee Ken Brock's mustang for the next 10 minutes.
Yep, I really enjoy my 4 cylinder, front wheel drive car. Most of the time the car sticks like glue, handles awesome, and is lots of fun. Then it snows and I friggin' hate the lousy piece of useless crap. I get over it quick enough though. The cartoon is for Duke because I know how much you appreciate fine art.
In reply to Duke :
The wife got me a shirt with her car on it. I thought it was cute and am wearing it right now.
I question my life decisions as I scrape ice off of the windows of a borrowed convertible Mustang while both of my normal things are broken.
