Prosciutto and arugula with a little vinaigrette dressing is one of my favorite pizza combinations.

Nice bike! Ive been putting a bunch of miles on my Sporty while ive been painting my Miata
Thanks! There's more info on it here in this tread that I started and have done a terrible job of maintaining if you're interested.
In reply to Duke :
Sounds damn tasty Duke, I'll have to mentally note that to try at some stage.
That one was hot salami with olives, anchovy, brie, bacon and chard. So salty/savoury, but delicious. Pretty much just using up the previous nights antipasto leftovers.
The 140a alternator that I forgot that I bought from Summit has a V belt pulley instead of multirib.
I sold a pair of rear disc caliper brackets. The win? They BOTH fit in a flat rate box after i was sure i screwed the pooch on price. So, im not in the negative after a sale!
Swapped in a fresh fuel pump relay and got El Rabbitto out for some neighborhood hot laps. Really made me smile.

They are quite comfortable, they have a nice high back and a curve to them that actually gives some back support. I certainly can't take credit for the design but I agree, they are beautiful!
We have 2 of the arm chair versions too. They're from the late 60s/early 70s, made in Denmark by Koefoeds Hornslet. The original upholstery was in decent shape but the foam was disintegrating and the color was not a great complement to the teak of the chairs.
My Mk 1 Escort RS t-shirt from Blipshift that I ordered in April finally arrived... left them on 4/24, sat in New York from 4/27 to 5/30. 14 days to cross the USA and the Pacific to Auckland, although it might have gone the other way round I suppose, then 4 days for the drug dog to ignore it and get to my door If only the bits for my ancient Yamaha that were dispatched in the UK on 3/19 would turn up too.
We were supposed to have a wedding in April, Covid canceled it for us. Today we leave for a "destination" mountain wedding this weekend with our families. Buddy of mine is officiating, and we have a 20+ person VRBO for all of our family to stay in. 2 months delayed, but very much a win to have a wedding pulled together for this weekend!
Dealer left message in afternoon, truck due for state inspection. Way home from work that night truck CEL comes on, email from OnStar diagnostics by time I get home.
Schedule dealer pick up for next day. They picked up at 9 a.m. Later message : waiting on a part, may be a few days because weekend.
Less than 30 hours later after pick up, truck is delivered by two cute girls. Warranty part replacement and free state inspection since I bought there.
No sweat, signed a few papers.
I never left the porch.
Replacement of our HVAC at the house is finally done. Been staying with the folks for the last week and I can't wait to get back to my own dang bed
Father's day weekend, sitting by the river with wife and kid. 90+ out. River tempers it nicely. I'll call that a win any day.
I get too return 160 dollars worth of brackets to summit that don't fit my 302. Total investment in peiced together brackets is 11 bucks.
Boarder came by to ride her horse. I guess she was bored because she mucked out the stables and made up all the horses dinner buckets.
I got my traditional Father's Day gift of "Go do what you want for a day." True to form, I'm going to try to take the canoe out to a local waterway tomorrow and catch a fish.
After yesterday's fiasco with the dryer.
Today I sold the used dryer I'd bought for a $50 profit.
Then I spent a couple hours under the turbo Miata. Got the bellhousing bolted up, the PPF on, the driveshaft reattached, the shifter/boot/boot/console back in place, and the slave cylinder reinstalled.
Now if the turbo would come back from the machine shop I could get it back on and the exhaust bolted back up. Almost like a real car again!
I got a FREE Miata.
Coworker had this Miata. About 3 months ago he hit a deer and dented the Right Fender and Rear 1/4 panel and required a new windshield. He fixed the windshield and continued to drive it. Then about a month later he hit a coyote (at potentially extra legal speeds) in the front which took out the radiator and resulted in the engine no longer running. He decided he's done with it and told me I could have it. I'm like "I don't need it, I'll be there this weekend".
The good: 2002 LS, Bilstein Threaded body Coil overs, JR racing header, stainless exhaust, ASA 16" wheels with basically new tires.
The bad: unknown motor condition, dents, needs front bumper, bad drivers seat leather, little bit of rear body rust.
The plan: No idea, LeMons? Part it? Put a 1962 Ford Falcon body on top of it? Daughter is 9 wants as first car..

I'd try the GRM method used to fix the yellow one they found. If you can buy used bits and pieces, might not be too bad.
On the other, more logical hand, part it out. You will make way more money than fixing and selling it.
You'll need to log in to post.
