the big mac is not really all that big, it's just a double cheese burger with a middle bun, lettuce, bun seeds, and 1000 island dressing.

According to McDonald's nutrition information. A Big Mac has (% of daily value):

540 Calories; 29 g fat (45%); 10 g Sat Fat (51%); 1.5 g Trans Fat; 75 mg Cholesterol (25%); 1040 mg sodium (43%); 45 g carbs (15%); 3 g fiber (13%); and 25 g protein.

Not terribly healthy, but a heck of a lot healthier than a Whopper.
