"now look"
usually used by a political figure in an interview, ie, "now look, in response to your first question..."
I hate that.

In my area, the new 'cool way to talk' for kids in their late teens/early 20's is to try to sound stoned all the time. It's extremely annoying.
I stopped to help some brat with a flat tire and this was what he said,
"uuuuhhhhh like f!%in' we gotta like uuuhhh change the tire or suuh-in cuz llike it was uhhhhh makin like uhhh thumpin sound or some sh%t"

This seems to have replaced words ending in AHOLIC.
I've always preferred the term 'alcohol aficionado,' or 'alcohol enthusiast.'
I like "Experienced Drinker"

I've seen websites to the contrary.

Any sentance that starts or ends with "in this economy", especially when the person says it doesnt really have anything to complain about.

it's really irritating to hear some one say " I could care less ".... I'm willing to bet that 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the time that's not what they mean.

I hate that berkeleying term. It's such a made-up pop culture buzzword. I can just hear the evening news reporter's voiceover: "They call it sexting and your teens are all doing it".

"I.E.D." - Sadly, it was uttered and printed WAY too many times in 2009.
"Like" - Like, people like still say this, like...all the time. Valley Girl was like 25 years ago! Like, let it go already!
"no wha um sayin" - No Mc Rapper G, I do not know what you are saying.
And the term that I heard way too often in 2009: "at your age..."

I know I've used "I'm berkeleyed" way too much this year... for 2010 I'm going to use " berkeley you" much more frequently instead...

"What item lurking in your house could kill your baby? Find out at 11"
They did this twice in the last few months with a stroler and a crib. Both times my sistem in law was afraid to but her newborn down until she found out if it would kill the baby.
