Mike Stone is having sausage made from the rest of the animal. "We'll probably get 500 to 700 pounds," he said.

That's... huge. He'll be hard to top at Show and Tell.

A helium hog! For if it was bull that size, it would weigh a lot more than just 1051 lbs.

Mighty interesting fur on him as well.

Eight shots with a 50 caliber pistol, and not a mark on the dead hog.

An 11 year old boy holding that 50 caliber pistol for those 8 shots.

And a neat trojan intercept for touching the web site.

I have problems with this: first, published date May 2007 and this is the first we're hearing of it? Second, 11 year old firing a .50 revolver? I don't know pistols but (a) that sure doesn't look like that big of a gun in the kid's hand and (b) I know they grow 'em big in Alabama but no 11 year old is firing a .50 revolver and hitting anything other than his face with recoil.

edit - darn, foxtrapper beat me to it

Yeah, that pic has been around years. And debunked. Yeah, it was a big hog, but... the pic was taken with the kid standing behind it, but it looks like he's leaning on the hog. Perspective.

Like the pic of the big dead cat in the other thread. The guy ain't that tall. With a short guy, the cat looks bigger. Compared to the truck, it's still a big cat, but not THAT big.
