The General Manager at Ian's restaraunt likes the drama. He stirs up schtuff between the kitchen and the servers then steps in as the peacemaker.
He's a bully.
The kitchen crew decided on a "slow down" one night 90 minutes before closing. Ian has no need for drama.
"OK, who here was hired to cook?"
"Good. Now who wants to be gainfully employed tomorrow?"
"Lets get to work. Problems, issues or complaints can be dealt with without penalizing the customer. That's our job"
It's a non-union shop. It's also a very small shop. I'm guessing the CSEA is bigger, think Cuomo will fix any of this?
