Seriously. With bullying being such a hot-button issue, I'd say it was a helluva defense.

Sue everyone for everything. That's the new American way, not do the right thing. I'm sick of people not being accountable for their actions. The stupid parents would have been really mad if Todd had just drilled the little turd right in the mouth which is what the kid deserves. I'm already teaching my kids to be nice and never start trouble, but if you get bullied, knock his/her block off and 99% of the time that ends it.
