My impression of the EBM incident is that he has some mental issues, and that the way it turned out was the end result he was looking for. Of course, no one forced the other guy to go up and hit him, so its not like he didnt ask for it.

I'm gonna show my redneck side a bit here.
- White guy talking about his "boy" shining his shoe's, and an "individual" whose primary vocabulary is "ghetto" walks by and misunderstands him, just overhears a conversation, and wanted to drop/add his .02. Should have ended when EBM walked away... The street rule of "gotta have the last word" continued this. Got just what he deserved.
I'm sorry, it's been a LONG! time since I've had to put my hands on someone, I like it that way. But 1 look at EBM's arms and shoulders would have said "if you're gonna start it, END it in 1 SHOT!" Dude looks like he can throw a punch. The fact he was hit approximately 6-8 times, and went to his knees at punch 2.5, validates that observation.
- Just another reason "pinky" shouldn't try to speak ghetto, it just doesn't work, and something always get's lost in translation.

So according to EBM the assailant the black guy was out on parole? Hmmm. Wonder how much truth is in that.
It's pretty obvious EBM has some issues. That was no reason for the guy to stay on him like he did in the original vid. EBM gets up and walks away, warns the guy at least 2 times, yet the guy doesn't take a hint. He got exactly what he deserved, doesn't matter what color he is.

Yeah but EBM did continue shouting at him. I think both of them are wrong, however if I had to pick sides the other gent did hit him first thus provoking the attack.
