Bosozoku in Japan is sort of like what the "ricer" crowd do everywhere else, but on a much more extreme and creative level. I like it 'cos it's not half-arsed.

Are we just not looking in the right places? Could the internet be a filter preventing us from seeing the mediocre stuff that has been Bosozoku'ed?
