I was out driving this morning, and wish I had a camera to show what I found in central Fl.
After an hour of "nothing in particular" on wheels...
I see a late '80s K-car wagon for sale on the side of the road. I considered stopping, but it was still very early in the A.M.
A few minutes later: a 1967 Firebird convertible. I was triple black, and had an Overhead Cam Engine, Rally II wheels, and whitewalls. Not restored, but stock looking and borderline tired.
A few minutes after that...2 CRXes, a 1st gen and a 2nd gen. Not so much rusted as a little "bruised".
A few minutes after that...2 Jeepsters on the side of the road for sale, a light yellow and a dark green.
A few miles further...3 Dodge Power Wagons. I think that is what they are called, look like the ambulances on MASH, but with pick-up beds instead of van bodies. 2 of the 3 were being restored.
About 15 minutes later...a '75 AMC Matador coupe. It was white with a orangey/pumpkiny vinyl roof.
Then on the way home passed a Navy landing vessel of some kind sitting on huge tires/wheels. This thing looked big enough to carry 2 18 wheelers, side by side in it.
