Baxter's is the best in Portland.
Any local muffler shop can custom bend one for cheaper though...
Baxter's, Knecht's and Napa are preferred before Autozone, Advance, or the like if possible, google the closest local ones and check their price/availability. If you've got AAA you can get a decent discount at Napa, catch the guys on a good day and they'll just give you a discount for asking. Also, those three parts places referenced above can usually get parts from the warehouse within the day if you call now, or for that matter you can ask where it is in stock (which warehouse) and drive there yourself. This has worked out well for me picking up parts from the St. Johns Napa warehouse...good prices, good service, good location, can't go wrong!
