There was a girl once that dropped out of the sky and her seat slid down the face of a mountain. She unbuckled and walked away.
Definately an E Ticket ride, but she didn't have to survive in the jungle for two weeks.

On a similar note, a Russian flight attendant was in the tail section of an airliner that broke off during a storm. The tail glided (sort of) down to the ground where she survived the landing. Or something like that. It was a long time ago.
