    Nope, 3/8 =/= 10mm, 7/16 = 11mm. You're right about the 5/8" = 16mm thing.

    Oh, and 11/16" = 17mm, 1/2" almost = 13mm but works in most cases, 9/32" = 7mm, 15/16" = 24mm. The majority of the time that I use an SAE socket or wrench, it's because I lost one of the previously mentioned metric sockets. BTW, 9mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm don't fit jack E36 M3 in SAE.

    7/16" is 11mm

    I was so happy when I started working on my BMW- I finally found a use for all of those 11mm sockets and wrenches.
