    Local Brit shop owner John Mangels got a nice little writeup in our small local paper. Nice to see a little acknowledgment of a one-man shop filling a specialized and increasingly obscure niche.

    And I can testify, he's good.

    Its amazing to see anything good coming out of the post. I've got my own certified Ford mechanic though. His name is Dad.

    That is definitely a dying breed, and the sad thing about older cars going up in value is that it would be rarer to see a younger generation do this in the future

    glad to say University Motors is still around and kicking in Ada, Mi. John Twistie is a remarkable guy as well

    Reminds me of the sign in the British car garage in Nashville in the 70's:

    "Please don't ask us to work on your American car. We can't get parts, our tools don't fit and they look funny."
