    1. Minneapolis is one of the top cities in the country for bicyclists.
    2. We've had a lot of snow this year.

On the way home tonight, I passed some guy riding a bike down the street, towing a small trailer, with a snow blower on the trailer.

Ok, I've seen us Minnesotans do some STUPID crap before, but that... that's impressive. Reminds me of the 1-ton jackknifed, facing the wrong direction with a trailer, and a bobcat on said trailer . They unloaded the bobcat and used it to dig out the 1-ton, reloaded the bobcat and kept going.

Why wouldn't he just run the snowblower and tow himself behind it on a sled? Mush, mush!

You know, there would be a way to mount a push system for the snowblower.

i once saw a guy that had mounted a board with some casters on it behind a snowblower so he could just stand on it and steer the blower around without all that pesky "walking".

yes, he was a rather large fellow..

I have ridden my mountainbike in the snow. Last year when we got 30 inches of snow.. it was the easiest way to get around for 2 days

I saw a guy riding a motor scooter down the road yesterday. Over about 4 inches of ice and snow.

Hey I resemble that remark! On the way back from a rally we ran the truck out of diesel. All we had was gas in the back, so we unloaded the rallycar and sent it off to pick up diesel.

    PS. I am a Minnesotan.

This particular snowblower wasn't a self propelled model so that wouldn't have worked out too well. As far as that goes, self propelled ones only go about 1mph in high gear anyway.
