Speaking of impractical boats.

Why hasn't someone built one of these? 

Just watch the first two minutes.  It looks like a plywood box, no real mechanical challenges there.

1. that's a LOT of motor movement when he lands!

2. I would love to see his fist encounter with a 2' tall breaking wake from one of the surf boats..

I actually saw one of those on the back of a boat dealership lot.
