    The operative word being story, that tale has been floating around the Intertubes since the early 90s and in fact is just a tall tale. If you know anything about radar and missiles you'd realize the facts are completely bogus.

    They put some of those rubber hose things out in front of my dad's house a few years ago. They were thinking of adding road humps. Every time I was over there I moved them as far apart as they would go. I don't know if my hard work directly affected the outcome, but there aren't any road humps.

    The best thing to do is mark a line 1/4 of a mile a way from said speed sign. Now its legit.
