In the town where I lived the did something really smart, every Thursday they closed down a road to let the Superbike dudes drag race and do stunts. And I noticed that those crotch rocket guys didn't do the stuff y'all are talking about. It was the H-D guys who were a pain in the ass.

Wait, so you mean that, if instead of demonizing people, you give them a sanctioned and controlled outlet to do what they want to, they will take advantage of it and not be prone to hooliganism at other times? Wow!
I bet this could be used for people like... skateboarders... and drag racers... and maybe even drifters...
