I've got an 80 volt Kobalt trimmer which has been supremely awesome. Needed to do some light tree trimming and bought and MTD PS720 pole saw attachment. Did my tree trimming and went to switch the string trimmer attachment back on and the pole saw is stuck. Tension bolt is loose and the button is pushed down, should pull off but doesn't budge. Needless to say I apparently hulked out on the thing and the whole drive shaft for the pole saw pulled out but is still stuck on the powerhead.
Any ideas? Worst case I roll into Lowe's and ask for their mercy to swap it out. I really don't want to disassemble the thing and screw myself in the long run.
