If you have a google log in you can modify how "safe" your search is. I think by default (if you don't have a google account) it is set to moderate. So there is some filtering of its results. I am sure if you turn it off and type in some of these terms you will have far more NSFW results

I can say with confidence I have never searched, or browsed for pakistani, living or otherwise :)
