Saw this on a Mazdaspeed3 forum. Yes, this is an actual Subaru commercial, though I haven't seen it on TV yet:

    Subaru vs. Snuggie commerical

This is what you call "EPIC WIN."

    Ha!

Too bad Subaru's newest styling is EPIC FAIL.

Very effective marketing. I'd purchase one because of that commercial alone. Of course I'm not in the marketplace for another new car yet.

they should have run over the remains of the TeeVee with it.

And I kind of like the style of the new impreza.. might be one of the few that does, but I think it looks better than the old "bug eye"

Yes! This commercial is made of win. I like the new Impreza hatchback, the sedan just looks silly. One of the few times we get a vehicle variant the rest of the world doesn't, and who cares. The rest of Subaru's line up, let's just say I preferred the older styles.

LOL nice! But yeah it's sad that Subaru's new cars are so ugly, especially when they were making decent progress before it all went to hell. Very much like the Bangle-ization of BMWs.

they should have jumped over the flaming remains of the TeeVee with it.

    Agreed.

Not only had I not seen the commercial yet, but that was the first time I've seen the new Outback and I think I want to go check one out. I guess that's effective marketing.

They made the outback too big. It was just a taller imprezza variant. Now its an suv.
