So far, my fav is MINI's "Cram it in the boot". Did you see the sub sandwich go in?
Emenem did a good job of selling me the city of Detroit, I am not sure what else.
Pepsi Max wants me to hit someone in the head with a full can of soda.
Doritos are apealing to "alternatives" and might make you atractive to other males.

Right now you can still afford to buy the city of Detroit for $6.07
I got a chuckle out of the Tibetan coupon commercial.

I liked the Eminem one, but nothing else really leaped out at me.
They were pretty bland this year. REALLY dumbed-down for the most part.

Great game.
Bland commercials.
Absolutely HORRIBLE half-time show...
..and a National Anthem performance that was positively inexcusable.

$6.07? Wow, the city has really increased in value since I was there last.
I really liked that commercial though, and the 200 looks pretty nice. I may have to test drive one.

The Pepsi Max and Bud light commercials were awesome. The rest fail.
The half time show was suckage but at least Fergie is hot.

I wonder if it was built before or after the assembly guys were at the crack house?

I loved the Mini commercial, in a boot cramming mood
and want a Countryman
The Pepsi commercial really does make me want to nail somebody in the head or nuts with a can of soda
I thought the Merc commercial was awesome!! Love the vintage racers in that one and the new models look sinister
The Pug was cute
The Beetle commercial was pretty good
The Camaro commercials were good, I thought the two guys were pretty funny "and the announcer says" "and I guess that's it" lol
Dodge, LOVE how they made fun of how people react to a snowflake and how people can't drive but you really DON'T need AWD.

There was something perversely yet profoundly satisfying about seeing the whining queen Rosanne getting taken out with a 3 ton log.

It's almost as if the grandiose commercials are a phase that's almost run it's course.
OR it could be that the cost to place the commercial has risen so high that they almost can't afford to make the commercial in the first place.

I read that 30sec spots were going for 3mil. Looked like too many companies spent more on the time than on the ads.
Kinda liked the cgi-animated Eminem ad. The early PepsiMax ads left me cold; hits to the "boys" really aren't that funny anymore. And what's up with KO'ing an innocent passerby and then running away from the scene?
I gave up, watched parts of Top Gear and some of the Puppy Bowl; I don't even have a dog.

That was my favorite, too. The Bridgestone commercial doing the social commentary on the dangers of hitting the "Reply All" button was good, too, but only because people kept getting hit in the head. The Audi prison commercial was pretty hilarious..."oww my spleen!"
National Anthem=horrible. I leave the room for the National Anthem when watching major sporting events any more, does that make me unpatriotic? It's supposed to be a rousing, military-style song, not a hyped-up, swoopy, embellished ballad the tempo of a funeral dirge!!!!
I didn't even bother with the halftime show. I took that time to use the bathroom and get more food and beer. I heard Slash was there? Someone actually playing an instrument on stage...it's sad that that is what made the show interesting.

Great game. Lame, and sometimes offensive commercials.
As a parent with young children, I found the tone of many of the commercials disturbing. What's funny about a baby thrown against a glass window? Or House cracking a child in the head with his cane? I think the ad companies need some fresh ideas.

wow...lighten up Francis.
The baby was a "test baby" trying to prove that hotel rooms are too cramped, and that, when you go on vacation, you should rent a house for the week so your family can spread out and not see each other like they do at home. I can assure you that no babies were hurt in the making of that commercial.
The House ad was a play on the "Mean Joe Green" Coca Cola ad. One of the most prolific ads of it's decade. Plus, House is a notorious shiny happy person. It was maybe not the best ad ever, but it was pretty good for promoting a Fox show.

Yeah, I got the Mean Joe parallel. I grew up watching that commercial. And I was enjoying it, right up to the part where they make light of an adult physically abusing a child.
They could have chosen a different ending and it could have been a very clever commercial.
