I have an opportunity (having done some work for Lennox in the past) to get a gas furnace cheap which is good because my current one is really old.

Basically my contact at Lennox said to pick the one I want and he'll give it to me at cost. He can't really help me with picking them since he's a corporate paper pusher.

    1) any good reliable websites for picking sizes/BTUs?
    2) We live on a property with a well, but very soon they are planning city water. The well probably doesn't have enough volume to be the only energy source for geothermal heat/cooling, but is there a possibility of using it as supplemental source in the future?

Cant help determining BTU's, but I do remember that to large of a furnace is just as inefficient as to small. Get the correct size.
