LOL So I'm having an issue with a printer and went searching online to see what kind of trouble shooting I could find. On HP's Support Document it says to squeeze the printer. In the famous words of Dave Barry, "I am not making this up".

I gotta clean the husky fur out of mine at least once a month.

Yeah, that stuff gets everywhere doesn't it? Fortunately this is a work printer so the husky hair contribution is at a minimum.

At 17 I bought my 15 year old girlfriend a small TV that looked like a space hemet. I went off to boot camp and she said that when the picture started to roll or get fuzzy, she took her clothes off and just held it. It stopped doing that.

Well if this thing doesn't stop spitting black ink out I may have to try that.

It just needs a hug.

When I worked helpdesk at Overnite shipping we had a mainframe running our shipping software. The printers attached to the mainframe were old, old, old. If a particular error popped up on the printer display the prescribed fix was to hold the printer a foot above the table and drop it. I E36 M3 you not. One foot, drop printer, fixed. It worked 99% of the time. There were some very happy users when I told them what they should do to fix the error.
