Given what some of the rednecks find attractive in my area, I'm genuinely disturbed at who might be working at my local Hooters.

I agree that Hooters food mostly sucks, but I would let their tater tots covered in cheese, sour cream and bacon clog my arteries any day.

In my hometown, Hooters just closed.

What happened? Were sales sagging? Did the business go flat?

Yes, yes, I want to hear all the titillating details

If you're ever in Columbia, MO, try CJ's wings. Home of "BYFO" wings (Burn Your Face Off). I've never been to the local Hooters because the girls can't possibly be better than CJ's wings.

If you are ever in Huntsville, go to Beaugard's. Their wings are amazing.

Being a redneck construction worker who ate 17 hot wings at a hooters last night I have to say,,,,,,, your all right, they are TERRIBLE. Just like I remember them being the last time I ate there about five years ago.

Eh, Hooters does suck. The food isn't great and I actually feel guilty and try not to ogle the waitresses.

I feel the same way at The Tilted Kilt. It is an Irish/Scottish themed Hooters-esque place near work.

If I want to eat and enjoy the scenery, The Men's Club has an awesome Wednesday lunch buffet. Or they used to, it has been years since I've been there.

The have a new place in town called "Twin Peaks."

Went there with some of the BMW guys last year, the food is surprisingly good, but the girls all look like they are in high school. Which is seriously creepy for someone approaching 30.

Call me weird, but I prefer my wings relatively dry, well-cooked, spicy-hot and bit crispy.

Now, that's the way Buffalo does wings.....The worst wing joint in Buffalo is better than the best anywhere else. And that's the truth.

I like Hooter's ham and cheese sandwich, and don't mind their wings. The fried jalapenos are nice, too. A layer of those on a burger really wakes things up.

BWW has better flavors on the wings, though, especially mango habanero. Once the endorphins kick in, I'm good to go.
