In reference to the wall paper. When my Dad was in the Army and we lived in base housing my parents put up sheets up on the wall. They cut the edges, soaked them in starch and put them up on the wall. Whenit was time to move, spray it down with a little water and they would pull right off the wall. Not my thing but that is an alternative to real wall paper.
