I actually thought it would be funny to build a fiero based lambo kit car and throw that in it....
Not cheap, but definitely cool.

I am even closer, and I worked on that car about 10 years ago for an earlier owner. It is a good car and the price seems reasonable for what it is.
edit...Wrong car....
$3000 90 Miata with hardtop in southeast Indiana. Claimed no rust. Suspect it won't last long around here.
2004 Miata for $2000. Needs a new top.
