It's terrible! How do you folks cope?

Actually, I'm finding thirty to not be so bad. Things could change though, as I'm only 45 minutes into the whole thing.

Dang, I just made the big two-two, and I feel old.

if I make it to 50 I might just find the fastest thing on four wheels and drive it into the grand canyon.

Hmm, for some reason I always assumed that you were older than me. Welcome to hell!

30 is nothing. 35 is when you begin to feel some of the age advances. 40, you realize you're not young anymore. 30 is actually a great time. I'd pick that age to 'lock' into if we were given such a choice.

I don't understand this issue in any way. Of all the million things to make you upset, getting old is the one that you have the least possible chance of doing anything about. At least in any way other than killing yourself while you're young.

For me, 30 was a blast. 35 was the worst year of my life. And that was 29 years ago. (Certified Old Fart)

well said duke (When I was a kid, I used to think 30 was OLD. Now, Im faced with my own agism. I turned 29 in may, so now I need to make a point that 30 isnt so bad at all. Letting others corroborate my story helps me feel a bit better about it)

    happy Bday Joey

For me, age 30 (or there about) was just about the perfect combination. I had enough money to really do things and enough time to do them since my jobs no longer required working weekends.

As someone mentioned earlier, if I could freeze a time or age it would be around there.
    Currently 43

Wait 'til you hit your 50s; then you can start griping.

    In the meantime, enjoy!

I've been 30 for a few months now. It's not bad.Seems I'm a little busier than I used to be, but it's all good.

I'll be 46 in December. If you feel old at 30 you're doing it wrong. You're still just a punk kid. My ex is 10yrs my junior, my current is 21yrs younger. I may be old but at least I'm immature!

Heh I'm 33 today. 30 is a good age my age to freeze at might have been a couple years earlier though.
