So how do people drink this required double espresso? I just shoot it down because it tastes so nasty! Time to eat more snack foods to get the espresso taste out of my mouth.

I'd loose weight if I could stay away from beer but some sacrifices just aren't worth it.

Keep it below 1800calories a day total every day and you will lose weight even with the beer.

edit-if you do keep it sub 1800 with a large portion of it from beer you will actually lose weight pretty quickly.

Or just increase your caloric expenditure in direct amount to beer consumed.

Good Luck with that. One time I tried to ride off a bottle of scotch. I woke up in a tide pool on New Symrna Beach. I have no Idea where my bike or shoes ended up.

    +1

Guinness is one of the lower calorie beers out there. Dark beer is good for you the same way red wine is.

I lost 4 lbs in 3 days. Ended up the biggest percent loser for the week and got $10.00 that I spent on a Yo Halla at the Metro Diner in Jacksonvile that was featured on Diners, Drive ins and Dive on the food channel! I did cheat once and had a very small piece of boiled chicken!
