ya take a trip up PCH think its Highway 1, stop at Neptunes net. Take a trip down Melrose, might see Leno interviewing someone. Or stop by the Rock Store. Lots and lots and lots of bikes...
Thanks guys. Today we picked up the rental bike (Beemer F800ST!) in LBC and tooled around a bit. Hit Signal Hill, Shoreline Dr (all the walls and grandstands for the LB GP are already set up, so its just like being in the race...sorta), West Coast Choppers, then up the PCH (not the fun part) to Venice Beach. It was really windy and sandblasty, so not much fun... Good food at Mao's, though.
Tomorrow is Petersen Museum and La Brea Tar Pits...
I'll have to hit Decker since its so close. Mulholland is of course on the list, and i think we're heading up to Santa Barbara, so i should hit that road Per talked of...
Oh, and my first experience with CA lane-splitting on the 405 was a bit harrowing at first, then i found my groove and it went well. Until the guy in the big yellow pickup intentionally tried to pinch me off... Not sure what i was doing to piss him off, or if he's just anti bikes...

You drove by my red M3 parked on PCH today! Probably didn't notice it as it was probably just another of the 500 BMWs you'd pass on that road.
Mulholland is lame, I'd suggest hitting Tuna Canyon Rd in Malibu, that's my personal favorite. (Include Piuma and Stunt in your loop)
