http://www.instructables.com/ an employee just directed me towards this website. It's pretty cool. It has all sort of grassroots solutions with detailed instructions. I could see several of you writing content. I think my favorite is the cooler air conditioning system. I think I might modify this for my non A/C equipped truck. It's on the idea of the cool shirts. Of course it doesn't do me much good for this winter...but what are you gonna do? I don't do well with heat...and the truck I use to tow the race car was never equipped with A/C. I'm already taking a cooler full of ice to the track days. Seems a natural fit.

Oh that is too much fun.
Goodbye, fellas. I'm going to be spending all my free time over there instead of here.

You guys need to get out on the internet more!!
Seriously, although not a new site by any means it is very good with a very wide range of subjects covered by DIY'ers.
Instructables and Make put too many bad, usually geeky, ideas in my head.

I had no idea hot wheels made a radar gun. Only $25 on the interweb. My club needs one of these.

Welcome to the internet, you guys. LOL. I have a subscription to MAKE. I love that mag (even if it is on the pricey side). So many cool ideas.
