Yuengling is my 'go to' choice when I need to buy beer in cans.

Yeah, they bought an old brewery in Tampa, Schlitz IIRC. Cans or bottles, same price.

Occasionally, one of the local beer stores will run 24 pack cans for $15. I have no problem paying $10 for a 12 pack.
Is Yuengling anything spectacular? No, but it is a good standby.

I always liked their Porter.
That is the one to get for sure.
Back in college, this was the best alternative to pricier stouts.

Damn, I just found out I have to go to a meeting tonight - No Yuengling for me!

I think Yuengling is the best Domestic type beer you can get at a bar, being in PA, Yuengling is always the same price as Bud/Miller/Coors and definitely, in my opinion, the best in that category.
Also, people it's called "Lager" not Yuengling. They did a really good job of associating themselves with the style of beer, similar to Xerox, etc...

I opened this thread thinking Yuengling was a Korean car. Guess I don't drink enough beer...

You know how you tell the difference between a drinker and an Alcoholic?
Alcoholics go to meetings. -

When I lived in Wilkes-barre that stuff was $0.25 a pint on Wednesdays in the bar by Kings College.
