2016 Silverado I’ve owned since new now at 39,000 miles and 15 months and the drivers door actuator is shot?

I don’t want to pull the door panel and dick around.  Chevrolet.  Thank you.

(In all fairness the internet states this is a common issue)

Had this happen on her old accord. While she was 8 months pregnant so climbing in the window wasn't an option. In July. Not a fun repair.

At least (hopefully) your new actuator won't be discontinued...

3 year or 36,000 miles. Now 39,400 miles.  No warranty left except the drivetrain and emissions warranty.

The driver door lock actuator went bad in my Mom's 2004 CRV when it maybe had 50,000 miles on it. I was rather surprised. It's been fine since I replaced it and now has 180,000 miles.
