There are two separate I-84's
- Interstate 84 (east) - from Scranton, Pennsylvania to Sturbridge, Massachusetts at the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90)
- Interstate 84 (west) - from Portland, Oregon to Echo, Utah

Look, it should be common damned-sense. If you're going to have a ZAV, you have to keep the damned Zombies out of it! If you can't do that, at least take the keys out of it to keep them from driving it.
