Honestly, the big hosting companies (1and1, etc) have put all of us out of business. Now you can make your own site in minutes, and have it look good.

What's your budget? One of our designers here does stuff on the side and it's much better looking and functioning than the cookie cutter sites.

I doubt it, we have specific accessibility and legal requirements we must meet due to HIPAA.

I'm more of a programmer than a designer, but if you have to worry about HIPAA, then this absolutely should not be a half-assed "on the side" sort of thing.
