State police recognize the background area as the evidence locker and then see a scar on the dolphin flogger's left hand, just like the cop that works there.

I have wondered about some of these cops for a while. There was a kiddie porn trial up here a few months ago and the lead detective testified that he had to watch about 200 hours of kiddie porn on the defendants computer. Did he have to watch all 200 hours or could he have stopped after a couple minutes and said yep, it's kiddie porn.
