Take the challenge and report your results, if so inclined.

For me, 19 of 20 correct; missing one pee'd me off.

Well, no... I was born in 1990, nine years after Mr. Haig made his comments.

I'm assuming Haig was Reagan's Secretary of State, this was just barely mentioned in my government class so my memory could be wrong.

Funny story, a speaker at my University years ago was the Secretary of Education. He was invited to a black tie affair in DC, but at the last minute the Secret Service came and told him he was not allowed to attend because he was the last guy on the line of succession. For security reasons, the entire line could not be in the same place at the same time.

According to Wiki, there are two below that post, but it may have been different in the late 80's.

President of the United States - Barack Obama
1 Vice President of the United States - Joe Biden
2 Speaker of the House - John Boehner
3 President pro tempore of the Senate - Daniel Inouye
4 Secretary of State - Hillary Rodham Clinton
5 Secretary of the Treasury - Timothy Geithner
6 Secretary of Defense - Robert Gates
7 Attorney General - Eric Holder
8 Secretary of the Interior - Ken Salazar
9 Secretary of Agriculture - Tom Vilsack
10 Secretary of Commerce - Gary Locke
11 Secretary of Labor - Hilda Solis
12 Secretary of Health and Human Services - Kathleen Sebelius
13 Secretary of Housing and Urban Development - Shaun Donovan
14 Secretary of Transportation - Ray LaHood
15 Secretary of Energy - Steven Chu
16 Secretary of Education - Arne Duncan
17 Secretary of Veterans Affairs - Eric Shinseki
18 Secretary of Homeland Security - Janet Napolitano
