Nice, But I preferre to live somewhere that that "guns in the house" Is a given. And the ability to shoot all day in the back yard

Only am idiot would put that sign in their yard. All it says is "watch my paterns till you know when I won't be home, because you know there are alot of valuble and easy to carry (guns) things to steal inside!"

I don't need a sign to tell people that i have guns.

I have a place that "looks like a gun lives there".

    In reply to Grtechguy:

I'm not really talking about the gun issue here..all I can remember is an old joke I repeated the last time a stranger made a public comment about me when I was smoking a cigarette.

He: "..you know those things will kill you, right?"
Me: "Y'know, my Grandfather lived to be 92 years old."
He: "Oh, and I suppose he smoked?"
Me: "No, he didn't . But he did know how to mind his own berkeleying buisness."

If one of my neighbors placed a sign in their yard with a comment about me, they'd recieve a visit from Lord Pain pretty quickly.

Agreed. Making a sign berating your neighbor's political/sociological views is a pretty Bob Costas thing to do.

"In reply to" is really berkeleying annoying. You know there's a "quote" button, right?

There is also a reply button. For a small post, such as this, the quote works well. But if its a long post, or a post with pictures, then I like the reply button.

unfortunately the hacked up abortion of a K5 i bought to plow my driveway with until the end of winter when it gets transformed into something not redneck screams "guns live here"

i'd rather not have that image, i try to keep it clean.

let em guess where the guns are - honestly where i live probably everyone has them anyway.

I think it's wrong to put up a sign to suggest breaking into your neighboors house. That's just me.

I live in South Florida. EVERYBODY has guns. Actually have a lower burglary rate than most northern states. We also have the "Castle Doctrine" which is sort of a shoot first, ask questions later kind of thing. I feel so safe.
